Roots in the South West

KJ Refrigeration has been a proud part of the South West since 1984. Starting out as a man with a van, founder Kevin Jones has worked hard to expand the business out from Barnstaple in North Devon. Now, the company proudly serves Devon, Somerset, and Cornwall.

Expanding Expertise

At our core, KJ Refrigeration has always been an air conditioning service and refrigerator service company, with Kevin's extensive background as an electrical and refrigerator engineer. As the company grew, Kevin's passion remained with air conditioning and refrigeration, but also expanded to include catering equipment and other related services in 2004. That's when Janet Jones also joined the team to oversee the new areas of growth. The main showroom and offices remain near Kevin's roots in Barnstaple. As we grew to cover more areas, our team grew too. We pride ourselves on developing long-term relationships with our employees, valuing loyalty and commitment from all of our engineers and staff. We like our customers to know our team members and see a friendly, familiar face on all the jobs they work on.
